Our company actively contributes to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate. In so doing build a better, sustainable way of life for every section of society and raise the country’s human development.

1. Company will execute CSR activities to promote preventive health care, rural development, sanitation, vocational skill development and ensure environmental sustainability in the area of communities in which we operate within time frame under monitoring of company.
2. Any activity undertaken in pursuance of normal course of business shall not be covered under CSR of company.
3. Any surplus arising out of CSR activities shall not form part of business profit of the company.
4. CSR expenditure shall be allocated as per Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder.
5. CSR activities shall be implemented as per the annual CSR plan.
